This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected by Media Day Marketing from business clients, partners, vendors, event   attendees,   sponsors,   and   exhibitors. It does not apply to data collected by third-party event platforms or websites linked from ours.

Basic and Business Information

  • The space (Shell Scheme) will be allotted on 15th June – 2023 after 05.00 p.m.
  • The space (Bare Scheme) will be allotted on 15th June 2023 after 11.00 a.m.
  • The stalls should be vacated by 9 p.m. on 18th June 2022

Cancellation of Stall

  • Name, Company Name, designation, business email, phone number, address) Event Registration and Participation Data
  • Marketing and Communication Data
  • Website and Technical Data (IP address, device info, cookies)
  • Vendor and Partner Data

4. Purpose of Collection and Use

We collect and use personal data to organize and manage B2B events, communicate event details, send marketing updates (with consent), maintain business relationships, comply with laws, and improve our services.

We may share your data with event partners, sponsors, service providers,  and  legal  authorities  where  required. We do not sell or rent personal data. Third-party processors are bound by comparable data protection obligations.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law. Afterward, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We employ reasonable security measures consistent with Rule 8 of the IT Rules, 2011, including encryption, restricted access, and secure data storage.
